NetworX Makes Strategic Acquisition [December

MS, December 14, 2004 – U.S. NetworX has acquired
the operations and client base of Turnkey Hosting, a
website development and hosting company headquartered
in Louisville, Kentucky. Terms of the transaction were
not disclosed.
Turnkey will be operated as a distinct
unit of U.S. NetworX, maintaining its own identity and
market niche. “We’ve always focused on helping
retail businesses sell their products online,”
said Michael Thomas of Turnkey Hosting. “We believe
our retail clients will benefit greatly from U.S. NetworX’s
other product offerings, like website security, search
engine placement, and Internet access.”

believes the acquisition further solidifies the company’s

such a well-established company as Turnkey Hosting allows
