Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire DONOBi, Inc.

signed the Definitive Agreement to acquire DONOBi Inc.,
the closing is set for January 29, 2004.
DONOBi, Inc. is a Seattle-area based,

and telecommunication services. Commenting on the pending
