Announces Australia and New Zealand StoresOnline eCommerce
Software Workshop Results; Results Confirm Success of
International Expansion [June 21, 2004]

(IMGG) a leading provider of eCommerce and software
for small businesses and entrepreneurs, announced it
recorded approximately $2.2 million of revenue from
its recent workshops held in Australia and New Zealand.
Additionally, the company added $387,000 in gross follow-up
revenue to-date related to these workshops. The company's
first visit to Australia during the fiscal second quarter
netted $1.9 million in revenue.
During the course of the fiscal fourth
quarter, iMergent visited thirteen geographic regions
in Australia and New Zealand, conducting 20 full-day
workshops to introduce potential customers to the StoresOnline(TM)
platform. Each workshop taught potential customers the
Internet marketing techniques needed to successfully
open and promote an online business with iMergent's
proprietary, easy-to-use StoresOnline eCommerce software.
