Server Yard revamps affiliate program, rolls out Fantastico [June 22, 2004]

Web hosting provider Server Yard has deployed Fantastico to all their customers. Server Yard has also announced a new affiliate program paying 50% commissions to their affiliates through 3 levels down.

Web hosting provider Server Yard (http://serveryard.com) has announced that it has deployed Fantastico on all its web hosting plans. According to Netenberg (http://www.cpanelthemes.com), Fantastico currently allows over a million end users to install dozens of open-source scripts directly from their control panel without prior installation or programming knowledge.

This makes the total script count available to Server Yard customers to 61.

At the same time, Server Yard unveiled a new affiliate program paying three levels down, with a total payout of 50% going to affiliates. Unlike the industry standard where affiliates receive a commission only once when they refer a new customer, Server Yard affiliates will earn a commission every time their referrals make a payment for their web hosting plan 3 levels down.
