Communications Acquired By U.S. NetworX [June
21, 2004]
WESSON, Miss., June 21, 2004 –
Internet service provider DEDAC Communications today
announced that it has been acquired by U.S. NetworX,
a provider of nationwide Internet and website services
that has clients in 37 states. Terms of the transaction
were not disclosed.
