Base and Wireless Facilities [November 18,

today announced that it has acquired the wireless facilities
and approximately one hundred subscribers of WaCool.net,
a West, Texas based Wireless Internet Service provider
serving the Waco-Dallas Corridor.
Privately-held WaCool.net provides wireless
Internet access and dial-up access solutions to individuals
looking for a high-quality Internet service provider.
WaCool.net delivers wireless Internet access via a platform
developed using standards based 802.11 (Wi-Fi) technology.
