MateMedia,
Inc., (www.matemediainc.com)
a Miami based web hosting company has acquired the assets
of Technoserf Interactive, Inc., (www.technoserf.com)
a New York City based web hosting company.
Since 1995, MateMedia has provided businesses
with web hosting, website design, domain name registration
and search engine optimization services.
Technoserf was founded in 1999 to provide
web hosting and web design services to businesses throughout
the New York City area.
