IVI Communications, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Purchase Washington State Internet Service Provider [October 14, 2004]

LOS ANGELES, Oct 14, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- IVI Communications, Inc. (IVCM) announced today it has signed a letter of intent with Perpetual Engineering, LLC to purchase the assets of Perpetual. Perpetual is an Internet Service Provider operating primarily in the Eastern Washington Northern Idaho area.

Under the proposed terms of the agreement, IVI will purchase Perpetual's subscriber base of approximately 5,000 customers that generate an estimated annual revenue stream of $900,000. "I have had a chance to spend a few days meeting with the management of Perpetual Engineering and I am highly impressed with their operations. The letter of intent with Perpetual represents the first of many such agreements IVI Communications intends to craft with ISP operators across the country," stated Nyhl Henson, CEO of IVI Communications, Inc.
