Announces Hosting Acquisition; Purchase Enhances Customer
Base and Expands Virtual Service Usage [March

facilities and infrastructure provider TechSpace, Inc.
is announcing that it has acquired the web hosting,
dedicated server and co-location customers from E-commerce
Gateway LLC. The purchase includes over 21,000 business-class
user accounts and over 500 web sites.
With the acquisition, the hosting customers
now served by TechSpace will have access to TechSpace's
high-speed Internet connectivity, Microsoft-based ASP
(Application Service Provider) services, managed services
and Microsoft Certified Partner offerings. Additionally,
these customers will have the advantage of TechSpace's
advanced system management and the proactive monitoring
systems that TechSpace has developed to ensure excellence
in service levels and to aggressively identify and prevent
emerging security threats.
Through the expansion of networking
facilities within its Aliso Viejo-based datacenter,
TechSpace currently has the capacity to serve thousands
of Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) company accounts,
and millions of end user accounts.
