Appoints Thomas Asp as New Chief Technology Officer;
Thomas Asp, Formerly of Affina and Red Roof Inns, Inc.,
to Lead Connextions' Information [12th June

ORLANDO, Fla., Jun 12, 2003 (BUSINESS
WIRE) -- Connextions, a leading fulfillment, customer
interaction and eBusiness services outsourcer, today
announced it has hired Thomas Asp as its new Chief Technology
Officer (CTO). As the most recent addition to Connextions'
growing management team of industry experts, Asp brings
more than 17 of years experience designing, implementing
and managing technology solutions that enable business
growth, reduce costs, deliver operational efficiencies
and drive organizational change. In his role as CTO,
Asp will provide strategic and tactical oversight of
technology specific to customer interaction, fulfillment,
and integrated supply chain management.
For the three years prior to joining
Connextions, Asp served as Vice President of Information
Technology for Affina, a provider of comprehensive customer
relationship management (CRM) services to Fortune 1000
clients and government agencies. During his time with
Affina, Asp restructured and revitalized the entire
IT organization to better address the business needs
of internal as well as external customers. Using a mix
of the right technologies, people and project management,
Asp was able to reduce IT expenses while extending the
company's ability to drive business value for its clients.
Prior to joining Affina, Asp held positions
with Red Roof Inns, Inc., starting as a Programmer/Analyst
in 1985 and eventually earning the position of Manager,
Systems and Programming. While at Red Roof Inns, Inc.,
Asp helped to transform the IT organization by converting
mission critical applications to an open systems computing
environment. This effort drove cost reductions, operational
efficiencies, and dramatically improved the way senior
management viewed and managed the business.

Asp earned Bachelor of Arts degrees
in Computer Science and Spanish from Capital University
