1st to Offer Customer Loyalty Program; New Program Offers
Customers Incentives for Staying with Company
[16th June 2003]
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jun 16, 2003
(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Companies have been rewarding customers
for their patronage for years, but Affinity Internet
is the first web-hosting company to do so. Through a
newly launched customer loyalty program, Affinity is
recognizing customers who commit to staying with the
company.
Affinity's new Customer Loyalty Program
offers rewards and incentives to customers at all account
levels on key anniversaries. Benefits start after three
months of service, increase at six months, and then
are awarded annually. The longer customers stay with
Affinity, the more benefits they will receive, ranging
from product upgrades to free domain names.
"The success of our customers is
paramount," Peter Chambers, CEO, Affinity, said.
"This new program is designed to demonstrate to
our customers that Affinity is a true partner who will
work with them to be successful."
Affinity's loyalty program will be implemented
to ValueWeb customers first as part of their Putting
Customers First (C1) initiative. The company's other
shared hosting brands, HostSave, WinSave, and Bigstep,
will implement the program in the second half of 2003.
