NASHVILLE, Tenn., Oct 27, 2003 (BUSINESS
WIRE) -- Today, Inflow Inc., a leading provider of outsourced
data center and managed hosting services for companies
with critical applications, announced the addition of
new customer, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc.
Founded in 1969, Cracker Barrel Old
Country Store(R) is headquartered in Lebanon, Tennessee,
and operates 484 full-service "country store"
restaurants and gift shops in 41 states.
Until recently, Cracker Barrel Old Country
Store (Cracker Barrel) had been hosted by a major web-hosting
provider, which announced plans earlier this year to
exit the managed hosting service provider market. Under
the new agreement, Inflow will host and provide a full
suite of managed services for Cracker Barrel as well
as for its parent company, CBRL Group, Inc., and CBRL's
other subsidiary, Logan's Roadhouse, Inc.
"We selected Inflow after having
completed a thorough review of all the options,"
said Lisa Wentzell, Systems Manager for Cracker Barrel.
"Inflow was able to clearly demonstrate their ability
to deliver premium quality managed hosting services
at reasonable prices."
"Inflow and the Nashville team
are very proud to have Cracker Barrel as a client,"
said David Klements, general manager for Inflow-Nashville.
"We have worked very hard to establish ourselves
as the best hosting option for middle-Tennessee based
companies with mission-critical IT systems. This agreement
is a strong validation of our position in the market."
As the upcoming holiday season is the
busiest time for Cracker Barrel's web and e-commerce
sites, both the Cracker Barrel and Inflow staff worked
very closely together over the past few weeks to ensure
a seamless transition into the new data center.
"It's great to know that Nashville
area businesses have Inflow's world-class data center
and hosting services right in our backyard," said
Wentzell.
